Compass offers Facility Management services for these Clients which allows them to focus on their own business while we oversee the day-to-day maintenance services. Examples of these services are:

  • Roofing
  • Security
  • Signage (interior & exterior)
  • Snow Removal
  • Tenant Improvements (building out space to tenant specifications)
  • Window Washing (interior & exterior)

Each Facility Management contract is customized to provide the services each Client needs for their property. Additionally, we work closely with each property owner to prepare and present a facility budget for use in planning maintenance expenses for the following year; we also prepare a 5-year capital improvement budget for each property so Owners can plan for specific improvement projects and we:

  • Bid out contracts as needed
  • Ensure that services are being performed as specified in the contract
  • Perform property inspections to promote a positive relationship with the tenants and to proactively address any and all maintenance items for the property
